The price of the products is displayed on the website when confirming your order and will be confirmed later on when you receive the order confirmation in your email. If we detect an error in the price of the products you are going to order or in the shipping costs, you will be informed as soon as possible and at that time you will be able to choose whether to confirm the order with the updated price or if you want to cancel.

Sales contract
anavitorine. reserves the right to refuse an order, in whole or in part, in the following cases:
If the product is not available or if there is an error between the computer stock and the real stock;
If the billing information is not correct or unverifiable;
If your order is picked up by security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
If proof of bank transfer is not received in a timely manner;
If we have reason to believe that you are under the age of 18;
If we cannot deliver to the given address;
deliveries
We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the ordered products within the timeframes indicated in the order confirmation. Delivery times are not guaranteed by ana vitorino®. In cases of wrong address, the user is responsible and may be charged additional costs. All products will be shipped from ana vitorino®'s atelier/workshop. All shipments are sent via Registered CTT. provided that person is present at the delivery address and is 18 years of age or older. If no one is present at the time of delivery, you will have to pick up your order at the CTT counter within a maximum period of 3 days.
wrong deliveries
You must verify that your order is correct at the time of delivery. If there are discrepancies or issues with your order, please follow the online return procedure. We remind you that if a problem is detected in the product resulting from misuse during transport, you have 24 hours to file your claim. ana vitorino® is not responsible for damage caused during transport. For defective products or returned due to our error, the cost incurred in returning the item will also be refunded. Subject to availability, we will send you a new shipping notification and immediately ship the replacement product to you free of charge.
Returns
The customer has the legally enshrined right to terminate the contract, within 14 days, after its conclusion without giving any reason. Only applied to NON-CUSTOMIZED products. Only products purchased online can be returned.
ana vitorino® is not responsible for incomplete/incorrect data that jeopardizes the incorrect personalization of the items and the costs of reshipment will be borne by the customer.

Guarantee
Consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee. It covers the non-conformity of the product at the time of delivery. ana vitorino® undertakes to repair or replace the products in question (or parts) free of charge, if it is considered a manufacturing and/or material defect under the warranty. We reserve the right to exchange the article if the repair costs are disproportionate or if the repair is impossible.
